Bring consciousness to nutrition (macro nutrients and supplements to promote muscle gains) guidance: understanding the correct amount of fuel your body needs to function at an optimal level.
Begin creating new patterns intentionally & writing a new script for the outcomes you want to see

Sharon is a Transformational Mindset & Fitness Coach, IFBB/NPC Bikini Competitor, and a graduate of Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
In the gym, she trains bodies.
In her coaching, she transforms minds, hearts, habits and helps you create new neural pathways that support the NEW script of your life.
